Toko Baru 2 Bulan, Omset Sudah 17 Juta an…

Disclaimer:
Penyebutan nama marketplace, software, metode dsb dalam "share" ini, bukan untuk mempromosikan/menganjurkan apalagi memaksa pembaca untuk memakai/menggunakan nya. Artikel ini hanya share pengalaman pribadi, kebetulan saya memakai marketplace/software/metode tersebut.

Jadi, silahkan boleh nyiyir, tapi jangan lah menjurus ke fitnah..

Sembari nunggu gajian dari adsense, tak salah buat garap pasar lokal...Ternyata kalo digarap dengan benar dan serius bisa menjadi income yang menjanjikan loh..

Oh iya 17 juta itu omset ya, bukan profit. Kalo ditanya berapa profitnya, itu rahasia dapur ane.

Ok..kali ini ane mau share cara ane "build" toko di shopee dengan sistem dropship. Mudah-mudahan bisa bermanfaat buat agan yang ingin memulai jadi dropshipper.

Cari Supplier Yang Oke...


Sebelum buka toko di shopee, milih supplier itu wajib yang pertama. Rahasia sukses dari dropshipper itu ya supplier yang OK. Maka itu jangan sembarang milih supplier.

Supplier ane dari tokopedia. Kenapa ane milih di toped? Karena ane bisa mantau si supplier secara real time, kapan terakhir dia login, bagaimana transaksi sukses 1 bulan terakhir, kecepatan pengiriman, dsb…

Ok..ini kritera ane kalo milih supplier di toped..


  1. Lihat terakhir online..Kalo terakhir online 1 hari lalu,2 hari, sudah ane coret. Cari yang 5 menit, 20 menit,1jam, 4 jam yang lalu..
  2. Lihat tingkat transaksi sukses..kalo dari 1 bulan dibawah 95 % sudah ane coret. Cari yang 96% keatas.
  3. Lihat kecepatan pengiriman..ane cari yang “sangat cepat”. Kalo “cepat” saja, sudah ane coret.
  4. Lihat akurasi dan nilai kualitas produk..ane cari yang rata-rata bintang min. 4,6 . Dibawah itu ane coret.
  5. Lihat pengiriman produk. Semakin banyak pilihan semakin baik dijadikan supplier. misal JNE,J&T,pos,dsb. Kalo ane cari minimal 2 ya, JNE dan J&T.
  6. Lihat di catatan penjual. Apakah dia menerima dropship atau tidak. Kalo tidak ada keterangan silahkan kirim pesan. Kalo dia bales tidak nerima dropship, cari toko lain.

Ok..sudah dapet list ya supplier idaman. Kalo ane produknya dari satu supplier untuk memudahkan. Di toko shopee, jangan lupa cantumkan alamat kota sesuai dengan alamat supplier.

Mulai Buka Toko di Shopee…

Nah, supplier idaman sudah dapet, saatnya buka toko di shopee. Ane ga share cara register ya, kalau bingung silahkan googling sendiri.

Untuk buat produk dan upload gambar ane manual ya. What?? Gemana kalo produk supplier ribuan? bisa kriting jari..ha ha ha

Ya, itu terserah agan, kalo mau pake tools buat scape silahkan, mau manual ya silahkan. Ini kan share cara saya. Soalnya ane rasainin sendiri banyak manfaatnya kalo manual. Jadi tau produk yang dijual, spesifikasinya,dsb ; minimal ane ga “plonga-plongo” kalo calon customer nanyain produk via chat.

Produk supplier ane sekitar 300 an, Cuma ane baru posting di shopee sekitar 50 an. Produk segitu saja penjualan per hari sudah OK.

Ok..ini beberapa tips dari ane seputar proses “build” toko di shopee

  • Buat logo dan foto utama di PROFIL TOKO. Ini sebagai brand toko kita. Kalo tidak bisa hire desainer, cukup pake canva saja.
  • Lihat “catatan” supplier di toped, baca dan resapi baik2. Mulai dari jadwal pengiriman, no resi, disclaimer dan aturan lainnya.
  • Salin “catatan” tersebut dalam deskripsi singkat di shopee. Bisa juga dibuat gambar (maksimal 5).
  • Segerakan upload foto kamu sambil megang KTP untuk dapet fitur “free ongkir”. Jangan lupa no KTP harus kelihatan ya.

Ganti Judul dan Deskripsi Produk…

Ane ga copy mentah2 judul dan deskripsi produk dari supplier. Mungkin ini yang buat repot dan melelahkan ya. Tapi menurut ane ini harus ya..terkadang dari supplier judulnya singkat, kurang jelas dan bahkan tulisannya typo.

Contohnya nih, supplier cuma nulis judul produk “kaos polos grosir”.

Menurut ane ini kurang bagus ya buat customer untuk minat sama produk. Solusinya ane lihat fitur/spesifikasi, lalu ane tambahin fiturnya itu ke judul. Jangan semuanya ya, spesifikasi penting aja.

Dari contoh “kaos polos grosir” ane ganti ke judul “Kaos Polos Combed 30s Kerah V-Neck Harga Grosir”

Nah, kalo dari judul baru itu konsumen jadi tau produk yang dijual secara jelas.

Judul sudah sekarang deskripsi produk…

Supplier terkadang nulis seadanya mengenai deskripsi produk..menurut ane penting ya buat deskripsi yang jelas dan bagus. Jelaskan manfaat nya ya bukan fitur/spesifikasi nya.

Misalnya nih kamu mau jualan jilbab tapi deskripsi dari supplier cuma ini:

  • Sifon
  • 110 cm x 90 cm

Udah itu aja, hmmm…menurutku nih deskripsi ga nendang, coba deh jabarin ke konsumen fitur tersebut ke manfaatnya.

  • Jilbab “wongngapak” ini terbuat dari bahan sifon sehingga kepala kamu tetap adem dan anti gerah.
  • Ukurannya 110 cm x 90 cm loh lebih panjang dan lebar dari jilbab biasa sehingga gampang buat kamu modifikasi.

Nah, lebih nendang deskripsi yang kedua kan. Jelas dan tidak mengambang.

Modifikasi Foto Produk

Kendala seorang dropshipper ya salah satu nya ini. Padahal foto produk berkualitas yang bagus itu penting buat konsumen. Terkadang foto produk dari supplier ada watermarknya, foto buram, foto ukuran kecil, dsb…

Solusinya, coba deh kamu kirim pesan ke supplier begini misalnya “kak, saya bantu in jualin produknya ya lewat dropship? Boleh sekalian minta foto yang ga ada watermarknya?”

Kalo lagi beruntung nemu supplier yang responsif, kamu bisa dapet foto yang tanpa watermark. Kalo ga ada respon ya sudah…

Kalau produk nya umum, bisa saja cari di google yang kualitas bagus dan tanpa watermark.

Untuk foto produk di toko ane, ane tambahin frame pake canva dot com. Ya, biar beda aja sama toko lain.

Manfaatkan Promo Toko dan Voucher…

Konsumen itu senang loh sama “harga coret”..alias harga diskon. Untungnya shopee sudah ada fasilitas sendiri. Coba agan klik di seller center, cari di bagian “promosiku”..

Silahkan atur tanggal awal promosi sampai akhir promosi..

Untuk “merawat” pelanggan toko ane, ane biasanya nyedian voucher. Kode voucher ane kasih di profil toko atau kirim chat ke konsumen yang sudah membeli.

Untungnya shopee sudah nyediaan fitur itu, masih sama di bagian “promosiku” cari “Voucherku”.

Silahkan atur sendiri produk yang mau dikasih kode voucher..

Mark Up Harga Sewajarnya lah…

Penjual pasti nyari untung, ya betul. Tapi kalo sampe mark up sampai 100 -200 % dari harga supplier ini menurutku kurang ya. Lebih baik untung 5000 per produk tapi penjualan perhari bisa puluhan. Toh kita ga repot buat packing, antar ke kurir, dsb.

Kalo produk langka dan jarang dijual di shopee, wajar kalo mark up sampe 100%. Tapi kalo produknya kompetitif, namanya bunuh diri…peace

Kejar Star Seller…

Ini salah satu fitur dari shopee buat penjual dengan “kinerja” yang baik. Semenjak toko ane dapet star seller, omset menanjak ya. Konsumen mungkin filter star seller buat cari produk.

Konsumen kan cari subsidi ongkir 30 ribu dengan minimal pembelian tertentu. Mungkin agan tanya gemana ya cara dapetin star seller di shopee?

Terus terang ane lupa, pokoknya ane dapet notifikasi buat daftar jadi star seller karena memenuhi “syarat”.

Koreksi ya kalo saya salah, syaratnya: minimal penjualan 50 produk/bulan, presentasi chat dibales diatas 85%,tingkat cancel/pembatalan order dibawah 10%.

Service ke Pelanggan Yang Baik…

Nah, ini terakhir yang ga kalang penting. Walau kita cuma dropshipper bukan berarti kita asal2 an buat handle konsumen.

Kalo sudah dapet verifikasi orderan dari pelanggan, segeralah beli di supplier. Jangan tunda. Segera input nomor resi. Kalo konsumen nanya via chat ya dibales, jangan dicuekin…Ane sering banget loh “closing” via chat, ini ada trik tersendiri. Mata ane lelah buat nulis mungkin lain kali ane share trik ini.

Oke itu saja….

Sebelum terjun ke toko online, dropship di marketplace menurut ane itu investasi yang bagus. Kita jadi tau produk yang laris/dicari banyak konsumen, toko sudah dapet brand baru deh build toko online sendiri. Kekurangan dari dropship di marketplace ya butuh modal buat nalangin. Kalo konsumen “confirm” cepat 3-4 hari kita sudah dapet duit, tapi kalo konsumen ga klik “confirm” ya harus nunggu semingguan duit buat masuk ke “shopeepay”.

Oh iya, untuk target 3 bulan kedepan, ane planning mau upload semua produk dari supplier. Mudah2 an lebaran tahun depan toko ini omset sudah ratusan juta. Duplikasi toko? Hmmm…

Cara Membuat Gambar Berdampingan Sejajar di Blog

Bagaimana sih cara membuat gambar berdampingan sejajar di blog agar postingan gambar terlihat rapi. Ini dia kode HTML-nya :

1. Copy kode tersebut dan pastekan di menu HTML
2. Masih di menu HTML Select All tulisan Gambar 1
3. Delete > Lalu Unggah gambar yang akan di tampilkan
4. Select All tulisan Gambar 2 > delete . dan lakukan hal yang sama sesuai jumlah gambar.
5. Pindah/Klik menu Compose

Cari File Gratis di Google

2. Cari file gratis di Google

Kalau yang ini butuh koneksi, jadi pilih ukuran file yang sesuai dengan koneksi agan ya, kalau temen ane biasanya cari file yang dibawah 10mb, contoh filenya lihat dibawah.

Keyword google untuk pencarian file cukup seperti ini :
"index of" "parent directory" "nama file" jenis file


Tu keyword bisa agan bolak balik yang penting, semua komponen keyword lengkap, terutama yang "index of" dan "parent directory" dengan adanya keyword itu, agan akan dipilihkan direct file oleh google, jadi sekali klik langsung download ^_^.

Kalau bisa, silahkan cari file yang menarik dan tidak mudah didapatkan,  agan bisa mendapatkan banyak ide dari youtube atau forum blackhat (*percaya deh ama ane, silahkan baca comment mereka, makin banyak makin ok ^_^ )

  • Software full version
  • Tools untuk SEO
  • Ebook premium
  • Tools penghasil uang
  • dll....
Agan juga pengen kan dapat tools aneh2 seperti itu, jadi sering-sering bermain ke forum blackhat, atau cari di youtube, agan tidak perlu memakai toolsnya, cukup download dan upload aja, karena kebanyakan tu tools udah gak 100% work, makanya di sebar gratis ^_^

Dengan mengupload file file yang aneh dan menarik tadi, penghasilan agan bisa lebih cepat, dan ingat satu hal jangan pernah melanggar aturan.. !!, file yang dilarang itu yang berbau pornography baik berupa gambar telanjang, video mesum ataupun nama file yang berbau pornography, dan satu lagi, "film", jangan pernah upload film disana, karena pasti akan kena banned kalau ketahuan.

Hoshin Kanri X Matrix Template for Lean Policy Deployment

The purpose of the Hoshin Kanri X Matrix Template for Lean Policy Deployment is to develop and implement plans that are both strategic, tactical, and coordinated across people across the organization. The X-Matrix also ensures there is ownership at all levels and accountability; this approach to strategic planning also encourages organizational learning, faster course corrections, and cross departmental coordination. Hoshin means “shining metal pointing direction” – in other words, it’s a compass that points to True North.
The value in the X-Matrix used in Hoshin Kanri is in the interaction between the sections. The interaction between sections will lead to better decision making. What I’m about to show is one way to do Hoshin planning – there are other ways, but what I’m about to demonstrate is pretty standard.
Now let’s go through each of the sections of the X-Matrix Hoshin Kanri Template.

0. Anatomy of the Hoshin Kanri X Matrix

In what follows, I’ll go through each of the main sections of the Hoshin Kanri X Template and how to complete it.

1. Complete the Breakthrough Objectives

Lean is fundamentally long-term thinking. Hoshin Kanri enforces this by first looking at objectives that are 3-5 years out. There can only be a few of them. In our example below, we show a few. Note that these examples are sanitized and do not represent any specific company or organization.

2. Annual Objectives

Then, we identify a few short-term (usually within 1 year) objectives that align or nests under each of the longer-term breakthrough objectives. In our example, we entered 3 short-term objectives and each of them are aligned with each of the long-term objectives. We note the alignment with a dot.

3. Annual Improvement Opportunities and Priorities

Next, we want to list the specific annual, short-term improvement opportunities. Each of the improvement opportunities should align with an annual objective and each annual objective should align with a 3-5 year breakthrough objective. Do you see the interaction, alignment, and nesting in this type of strategic planning?
In our example below, the annual improvement opportunity of “Parts Spend Reduction” is aligned to reduce “SCM spend by 10%”.

4. Measure, Metrics, Targets to Improve in Hoshin Kanri X-Matrix

Next up is completing the specific metrics we will use to measure each of the short-term initiatives, that are aligned to annual priorities, which are aligned to breakthrough objectives. Are you seeing the alignment? The nesting? The interaction?
In our example below, the annual priority of “Parts Spend Reduction” is measured by the “TTI” or target to improve of “reduce parts cost per unit vs new parts of x%”.

5. Teams and Ownership and X-Matrix Hoshin Accountability

Of course none of this planning matters unless there is ownership and accountability. So, in the last section, you are able to complete the x matrix template by filling in the names of the accountable and responsible people for each project, metric, and objective.

7 Steps of Hoshin PlanningAt the Lean Methods Group, we know that how you execute your strategy is influenced by how you develop it. That’s why we rely on the Hoshin Kanri Planning process. It takes into account execution every step of the way, providing you with a systematic method of strategic planning and managing progress toward achieving your strategic goals.
We use the seven-step Hoshin Planning process in combination with business development and innovation tools. This process aligns your strategic objectives with the specific resources and action plans needed to make them happen. Through a back-and-forth refinement system known as “catchball,” the entire organization becomes involved in delivering a combination of breakthrough performance and daily management. Within these steps, we work to incorporate an array of innovation and business development tools that complement the process, including the balanced scorecard, SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), and tools featured in the bestselling book The Innovator’s Toolkit.

Step 1. Establish Organizational Vision

What is your current state with respect to your vision, business planning processes and execution engine?
  • What policies and procedures are already in place to create and deploy objectives?
  • What is the organizational structure and daily management system?
  • What are the current long-term plans?
  • What are your existing vision and mission statements?

Step 2. Develop Breakthrough Objectives

4 Quadrants of GrowthBreakthrough objectives are significant improvements that require your organization to stretch itself and will take three to five years to achieve. To develop these, we apply a variety of tools to identify growth opportunities, including the four quadrants of growth, which is an adaptation of the Ansoff Matrix. Using this model, we consider consumers and non-consumers—those who are currently using your product or service and those who aren’t—against current jobs and new jobs in order to outline stretch objectives in each area.
 

Step 3. Develop Annual Objectives

What will you need to achieve this year in order to reach those three- to five-year breakthrough objectives? For example, if the breakthrough objective is to “achieve industry leading closing time,” then an annual objective might be “98 percent of loans closed in 30 days.”

Step 4. Deploy Annual Objectives

How do you turn those breakthrough objectives into workable targets and objectives at the departmental level? First, we develop top-level improvement priorities and then apply metrics to them. Next, we create business-specific second- and third-level targets to improve that tie directly to the top-level priorities. Basically, we’re cascading down to create complete alignment throughout the entire organization. Each level goes down into more and more detail to where you’re seeing the product or shipping it. This alignment keeps people focused and integrates different departments, making sure everything across the entire company aligns back up to the strategic objectives.
The Hoshin Planning Matrix, or X matrix, captures the objectives and cascading priorities. Other tools, such as detailed action plans, summary reports and value stream maps, also help in identifying improvement opportunities and managing progress toward achieving goals.

Step 5. Implement Annual Objectives

This is where improvements are executed, using the most appropriate problem solving approach. The Lean Methods Group’s five-step methodology for executing Kaizen events—SCORE (Select, Clarify, Organize, Run, Evaluate)—provides an excellent framework for getting teams together to make improvements. The SCORE methodology is featured in A Team Leader’s Guide to Lean Kaizen Events. In addition to SCORE events, other problem solving approaches might include innovation projects, capital improvement projects, Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects and just-do-its.

Step 6. Monthly Review

How successful is the organization in meeting the action plan deliverables? What corrective actions are needed for those that are behind? A monthly review fosters a culture of accountability and action by reviewing progress toward achieving annual improvement objectives.

Step 7. Annual Review

At the end of the annual cycle, a thorough review of the year’s objectives shows how far ahead or behind the organization is against the stated objectives and what adjustments must be made to the next cycle.
